New version release?

Hi there. I wanted to ask if we could expect a new version release in the observable future? The last released version is close to a year old (and poise is even older), and some of the improvements that have already been merged in are not generally available. Personally I'm interested in support for forwarded message snapshots (#3092), without which properly handling forwarded messages is in many cases not possible. I would prefer to not pin to an arbitrary git commit if I could avoid it. Thank you for your work.
