Use our in-house Gacha Log Collector

This issue is for adding a new experimental feature allowing user to collect Gacha Log without requiring Scripts or any URL collecting method.

We initially pitched this idea allowing ZZZ Proxies to get Gacha Data using the Battle Chronicle API. But we recently found a new method that allow user to get data same data, as well Genshin and Star Rail without relying on the Battle Chronicle API.
