Archiving SerilogWeb projects

Hi @tsimbalar and other contributors,

As a consequence of the world moving on to .NET Core for new development, the SerilogWeb classic, MVC, and WebAPI integrations haven't been actively maintained for some years now. We have quite a few Dependabot alerts, unanswered issues, CI problems, and other housekeeping that seems unlikely to be tackled in the foreseeable future.

To avoid giving the impression that active development is continuing here, I think we should archive these projects. Packages and source code would remain available for anyone using these libraries, and anyone who'd like to publish a maintained fork.

Let me know what you think.

And in case there's no later opportunity to say it - for my part of the project, huge thanks to everyone who pulled these libs together and made them great, back when we all relied on them every day for revolutionary diagnostics. I hope you're all happily hacking your way through new adventures 👋

Sounds pretty reasonable 👍
I'm not sure I even have any environment at hand where I'd be able to compile and run those projects 😅 ...

I guess we could add a note/warning in the READMEs, and archive the repos 👍

Do we have a "standard/Serilog" This project is no longer maintained placeholder message ?

Nothing standardised; some of the archived Serilog projects include a short note in the README like this one:

I updated the READMEs ... I think it's time :)
I'm going to archive the repos. Not sure if there such a thing as "archiving an organization", but I leave it to you @nblumhardt ;)
