Before submitting a new issue, search both active and resolved issues to check if this problem already been addressed.
When you submit an issue, the first thing our team does is search both active and resolved issues to check if this problem already been addressed.
If it's already been addressed, we will tag yours as "duplicate", inform you that it has already been resolved, and then close the issue.
In most cases searching active/resolved issues before submitting a new one will get you a solution much faster than submitting a new one without checking first, and if your issue ends up being a duplicate - you will end up searching through the issue history anyways.
