Plans to upgrade? #527
Description
Are there any plans to upgrade to the v1.x of the CE specs? As of now the README just mentioned v0.1 which is kind of old. We're looking to clean-up our OSS page (https://github.com/cloudevents/spec/blob/main/docs/open-source.md) and it would be great if all links on there pointed to at least some version >= v1.0 of the specs.
