Severless typescript 3.19.0 doesn't support deploymentMethod option

https://www.serverless.com/framework/docs/providers/aws/guide/deploying can we introduce the option to allow `deploymentMethod` for the serverless `provider` configuration? I apologize if this work is planned/scheduled or this isn't the means by which I should request features.
