Update and Configure new Documentation

Our old documentation is run through VuePress on 521 Dimensions. AmplitudeJS is a server side up project and we need a better engine for updating and managing documentation.

The docs are large, kind of un-organized, and lack the proper UI + Branding that represents AmplitudeJS as a Server Side Up project.

🏆 How to solve this problem

• Install Nuxt Content inside of AmplitudeJS
• 301 Redirect all pages from 521 Dimensions to Server Side Up docs
• Divide documentation into smaller, searchable, functional pieces

💯 How do we validate the problem is solved?

Users can find solutions to their issues, recognize AmplitudeJS as a project of Server Side Up, and cleanly navigate the documentation.
