Current Behavior

I opened session and found a previously received voice note in my "note to self" - while this isn't catastrophic since only I can see my note-to-self thread, it's a bit alarming from a user perspective because I'm not sure if this issue also means my messages/voice notes may end up in other chats to other people.

The voicenote in question as you can see in the screenshots is the 2:12 one. I did nothing manually to cause this and I'm not aware of any functionality that does this like any "save to note-to-self" features.

Expected Behavior

I'd expect all chats to be kept very separate from each other, with a 0% chance that any message could end up in another chat.

Thanks for the report. We'll see if we can reproduce this, and look for what may have caused it.
As a reassurance this could only be a local display bug. It couldn't actually send a wrong message to the wrong user.

Update: So i logged onto session on desktop and this was here too. On mobile, when i check "note to self" it still has only the voice note from my previous message here, so it still looks like my original screenshot.
On desktop, it doesn't have that voicenote at all but it does have these new ones.
So it's clear that this bug is causing my "note to self" to not be consistent across platforms.

I hope this extra information is helpful in tracking what could cause this.

My note to self also has a bunch of random screenshots on Desktop, whereas on mobile it is empty. As they said, it's not concerning me at all as it is simply a local display bug. I think maybe it might be related to having the app opened on the background and taking a screenshot/print screen. I suspect that might be the case because if I have Session opened on the background on Samsung DeX and I take a screenshot of something with a conversation opened on the background, the person I'm talking to gets notified that I took a screenshot, although it doesn't show up on the screenshot at all. So, something similar might be happening on Desktop.
