[BUG] Note to self messages are missing

Current Behavior

Between two android devices using 1.27.1 I am seeing messages sent using "Note to Self" from my tablet on both the phone and tablet, but replies, and any other messages sent from my phone can't be seen on the tablet.

Expected Behavior

Seeing the message no matter which device sent it.

I'm almost certain that I added the tablet after the phone, if that matters.
Also, the tablet has Android 13 as the base version, if I recall correctly.

Reproduced with Session 1.27.1 on Android 16 on Pixel 7.

The content of the main pane is "You have no messages in Note to Self."
