Can not write to "Session" chat in Session

I can not write to "Session" chat in Session neither in Desktop application (Debian 11.11) nor on Android. On Androis I can type my message and click send button but it never reaches anywhere. In desktop application (Debian 11.11) I can't even click to message creating field. On mouse hover it shows me crossed out circle sign. At the same time I can read messages there and place emoticons on them.
What am I doing wrong ? What do I need to know so you don't get these questions ?

The "Session" community on Session currently restricts write access for newly joined members due to spam issues encountered late last year. We haven’t yet re-enabled write access for new members, as we're still working on a more robust system to manage spam effectively. That system is being developed here oxen-io/session-pysogs#220
