Multicut: hotkeys for performing multicut and deleting annotations (red/blue) when a cut is successful #603
Description
In a similar vein of #537 , it would be great to
- have multicut being activated under any layer (currently hotkey "g" can only activate multicut in segment layer)
- a hotkey to perform the cut (currently we have to go to segment layer -> Graph tab, then perform the cut)
- a hotkey to delete all annotation points after the cut
requesting on behalf of tracers and Flyers
