Issue Labeling Scheme

I'd like to discuss with project members what would be a good issue labeling scheme. Below is a grab bag of projects that have plenty of labels:

IMHO a good set should incorporate commonly used labels, as well as have some custom ones that are appropriate to this CFSF project's way of dealing with issues.
