The 'sklearn' PyPI package is deprecated, use 'scikit-learn'

Due to spflow this library uses sklearn and has not maintained a new version for a long time,
so how should I solve this problem

Got the same issue on Python 3.8.12.
Originally I was on Python 3.10.12 and was getting numpy ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'distutils.msvccompiler', so I downgraded to 3.8.12 because I saw it was mentioned as a confirmed working version in another issue, but no matter the version I can't get it to install.
