There are several sample references in the .sfz files that use different case compared to the actual sample filenames. This is no problem when using a case-insensitive OS such as Windows, but causes sample loading to fail in Linux, at least when using the linux version of Plogue sforzando (beta).

I will create a PR to fix this.
