Document bioconda package

@pmoris kindly generated us a Bioconda package here: bioconda/bioconda-recipes#56331

We should document this.

Also we'll need to update the recipe with the latest changes coming for the next release:

1. remove bed_reader from deps
2. add tskit and pandas
