I'm not sure what happened to that data. The file is 15MB so we should be able to put it on the website.

One option could be to host this on Cloudflare R2. The free tier includes 10 GB of storage and zero egress fees (so downloads should be free), which seems like a good fit for small tutorial datasets like this 15 MB file.

Since R2 is S3-compatible object storage, it could also be useful beyond static hosting. It might be worth considering it for some cloud-style CI or testing around Zarr access. The free tier includes 1M Class A operations (writes, metadata) and 2M Class B operations (reads) per month, which should be sufficient for lightweight CI and integration tests.
