Automatic variables not supported in query

Currently resulting in key error:

• %END
• %END0
• %FIRST_ALT
• %FORMAT (this isn't quite the same, should give all format fields)
• %INFO (Ditto, should the entire INFO column)
• %IUPACGT
• %LINE
• %MASK
• %POS0
• %TBCSQ
• %TYPE
• %VKX

These all just error out in a reasonably understandable way, so not a major problem. Would be nice to implement some of these, we can open more targeted issues for this.
