Incorrect parsing of delimiters in a \colortbl #23
Description
The file I'm working with has:
{\colortbl;\red0\green0\blue0;\red255\green255\blue255;\red192\green192\blue192;}
The semicolons here are mandatory as part of the spec but the parser is emitting them as text blocks.
