Irssi::Reconnect

Reconnect->{} type - "RECONNECT" text chat_type - String ID of chat protocol, for example "IRC"

(..contains all the same data as Connect above..)

tag - Unique numeric tag
next_connect - Unix time stamp when the next connection occurs
