Select dropdown, scroll position resets to top when opened

I followed the guide from the Data Table component. When I click the pagesize option, it will scroll to the top and I'm unable to select a new option if the table has to many rows.
Does anyone know why this happens?

I don't know if this help but in my case
I have a parent div position absolute in layout file (next.js) and change it into relative and it's fixed

My issue was using the h-screen tailwind class on a parent div.

Not really. I used the native select instead, it's not as fancy but it works.

Yeah, I also have the h-screen in an upper div. Removing that works.
