migrate Radix to new Base UI

@shadcn This would be a great addition. BaseUI is actively maintained and offers modern primitives like the render prop, which I find more intuitive than asChild. I've already migrated some shadcn-imported components in other projects, and a nice bonus is only needing one dependency (@base-ui-components/react) instead of multiple @radix-ui/react-* packages.

Happy to open a PR if you think this could be a good fit for the project!

@kvnwolf That would be amazing. I think migrating shadcn-ui/ui to Base UI is inevitable in the long run, so opening a PR would definitely help push that effort forward.

I think @shadcn doesn't want to do that until the library gets more mature.

I thinking the same thing (opening a PR). But with the number of PRs/Issues, it would prob be a long time before it got looked at and merged. One idea I was thinking about is you update the CLI to ask "Do you want to use Radix or BaseUI?" add it in the component.json and just provide the ability to use BaseUI or Radix.
