react-day-picker apparently isn't compatible with react 19

I'm trying to use ShadCn's date picker, however when I try to deploy the website to vercel, I get an error saying that react-date-picker isn't supported with react 19

Same here, solved it by going to a project's settings page and under Build & Development Settings override the install command to npm install --force

Check the implementation of CustomComponents, maybe it doesn't have a Chevron prop.

The component doesn't take in Chevron as a prop however for some reason it was there as part of the installation

I'm also getting this error whilst trying to install other npm packages, at this point I cannot install anymore libraries into my app, as this error keeps popping up.

You need to use force to install the dependencies. You can try installing the latest version for react-day-picker but you wont be able to use the shadcn calendar since it would break the design.
