left and right keydown movement issue in Carousel component

I have set onKeyDownCapture to undefined, but for some reason the Carousel component can move left and right.
Does anyone else have a similar problem? Also, if you know the cause, it would be great if you could let me know.
I also referred to the following issue but it does not work as expected.
