Remove cross from dialog

Hi,

Is there a way I can remove the cross from the upper right corner of a dialog? I want to use a 'cancel' button instead. Thanks!

Since the source code is actually in your project, you can edit the DialogContent component (located in path/to/ui/dialog.tsx), and remove the DialogPrimitive.Close component.

Steps to Remove It:

1. Locate the DialogPrimitive.Close component inside DialogContent.

2. Delete or comment out this part of the code:

  <span className="sr-only">Close</span>
</DialogPrimitive.Close>

3. Now, the dialog will no longer have the close button. Instead, you can use a Cancel button inside the dialog itself.
