Upgrading to tailwind v4 on Windows machine

Error: Cannot find module '@tailwindcss/oxide-win32-x64-msvc'

Has anyone run into this error when upgrading their tailwind from v3 to v4? using shadcn ui in nextjs?

I have looked into the docs and nothing seems to show up; I installed the module too; as seen in my package.json however another error shows up as shown beneath image below.
