Add a --header option to the CLI that are applied when fetching custom registry

I'm building a shadcn registry with auth, but the approach with a token in search params is not compatible with servers using Authentication headers to authenticate users.

I propose to add a --header option to the CLI to allow users to provide this Authentication (or Api-Key, ...) header easily.
