New / updated component announcement

Hello,

First off, thank you for all the great work, I really appreciate the effort going into this library.

One small suggestion that would really improve the experience: it would be helpful to easily see which components are newly added or recently updated. Right now, it’s a bit hard to tell what’s changed at a glance. Maybe a “New” or “Updated” label, or even a changelog view at the top of the component list, could help keep things more transparent.

If there’s already a way to track this and I’ve missed it, please do point me in the right direction.

Easiest way to follow that is going through the global changelog in the documentation. For new components there is a new label that appears, though right now there isn't any in that state.

But to be honest I mostly come across updates on Twitter since I follow shadcn, then I come back and read the changelog
