Mismatched globals.css theming depending on install method (manual vs npx shadcn@latest init)

I've found that there are often quite a few differences between the globals.css theming when installed with npx shadcn@latest init versus doing a manual install.

What's the solution here? I would expect these two to be in exact alignment. But, if there's drift, which one should we expect to take precedence?
