Hey @shadcn and community! 👋
I wanted to share ZardUI, an Angular component library we've been building that's heavily inspired by shadcn/ui's revolutionary approach to component libraries.
What we built
ZardUI brings the "own your code" philosophy to the Angular ecosystem. Just like shadcn/ui, when developers add a component, they get the complete source code in their project - not a dependency.
The component is now fully yours to customize, extend, or completely reimagine.
Why shadcn/ui's approach works perfectly for Angular
Your work with shadcn/ui proved that developers want ownership and control over their UI code. This philosophy resonates even more in the Angular world where:

Thank you!
shadcn/ui changed how we think about component libraries. It showed us that developers don't want black boxes - they want starting points. Your work inspired not just ZardUI, but a whole movement across different frameworks.
We'd love to hear thoughts from the shadcn/ui community! Have you worked with Angular before? What do you think about bringing this philosophy to other frameworks?
Also, if any React developers here work in companies that also use Angular, we'd love your feedback on how we can make the Angular experience as good as what you have with shadcn/ui.
Cheers! 🎉
PS: We made sure to credit shadcn/ui as our inspiration throughout our docs and website. This project wouldn't exist without the path you paved!
