Enable Remix CI Slack alert when init fix is merged in Remix

Remix nightly CI will pass when https://github.com/NVIDIAGameWorks/dxvk-remix/pull/117 is merged in Remix.

This is a follow-up task to enable Slack alert in Remix CI when the CI is passing with using ToT in both Slang and Remix. Remix team will merge the PR first into their gitlab and then publish it in github.
