ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED ,and questions about DNS

Hi!
When I use CMCC(cellular data), and choose Route-Bypass Lan,sometime i can't access google.com,but youtube and other webside are fine. Changing profiles is not helping. It seems DNS is incorrect(i guess, see the logo). But I change to Route-All, I can access google.com.

Questions:
1.How to solve this problem,except changing Route to All

2.Is that using "Route-bypass lan" , the DNS result was hijacked by ISP?

3.Why using 'Route-all" can fix the problem?

4.What is "Remote DNS" mean? Is client ask "Remote DNS" for ips or client ask ss-server to access "Remote DNS" for ips
