Improve  Service interface naming in Listener.cs

Can the Service interface declared in [Listener.cs](`https://github.com/shadowsocksr-backup/shadowsocksr-csharp/blob/master/shadowsocks-csharp/Controller/Listener.cs)` be renamed from **Service** to **IService**
