[Feature Request]: toggle for installed DLCs

Description

just like how cheats and patches are organized into tabs when they are installed, ihaving something like that for DLCS will be nice.

Reason

2 reason.

the first one it will show the user the DLC they have in found and activated without going into the game, specially for games that don't show you have them installed unless you go and search for them like some items or quests.

the second one is that there are some games like CIV 6 with multiple DLCs a user might want to disabled certain ones for a play through , while this game has a built in content manager that does it there might be some games that doesn't and the user might need to manually move the DLC folders around to do it.

I made a sketch (in Paint), in the interface it can be done like this:

It should work in the following way: the emulator should determine the path for the game's DLC, then in this folder (CUSAXXXXX) there will be several folders with DLC (one DLC = one folder), the number of folders with their names should be determined and displayed in the interface on the DLC tab and controlled by a flag, where its absence means ignoring the folder of a certain DLC.
The DLC tab may be hidden if you don't have any add-ons.

I don’t know if I’m right or if there is another (simpler) way, I just presented my vision as an example.

looks good thanks for the sketch, just an opinion tho instead of hiding the tab you can just leave it empty right? why make it complicated

Some games don't have addons, so I thought it would be better to hide the tab to avoid confusion for the user, although I don't rule out the possibility of leaving the tab visible, but what would be better can be decided in a PR that will close this issue.
