Nav links not visible on mobile

Since you have commented the nav links for desktop, you navbar when viewed on mobile shows nothing.

• Either comment out the hamburger.
• Write media queries to not show them on the desktop but make them visible on mobile.
• Use Bootstrap to make your work easier, though I don't know how much side effects it will bring by hampering you custom css.
