Referring to the crate: Is it Deku or deku?

Hi,

This is a question about how to refer to the Deku project.

The docs use both deku (no title case) and Deku in different places to refer to the project.

For example

For use in no_std environments, alloc is the single feature which is required on deku.

and

If you are having trouble understanding what causes a Deku parse error, you may find the logging feature useful.

Which one do you prefer?

I'm new to rust, but if there's a preference I'll try to update the docs in a PR for you.
