Error when loading the plugin

Whenever i try to load the plugin on a server that doesnt have shavit´s bhoptimer, i get an error from the server log, and as i understod the readme, the bhoptimer is only optional, but i could easily just misunderstand it.

I didnt have any errors while compiling
