Biodiverse 4.99_010

Development release 4.99_010, leading to a version 5 release.

Windows only at this stage. The Mac build process needs further testing. Linux can be released if needed.

This is a substantial rewrite of the GUI from previous versions, and a complete rewrite of the plotting engine (maps, trees, matrices).

Known issues

The binaries are not signed.
