Update Z-Wave sorting to use Node Def capabilities #95
Description
Currently only Z-Wave Category and Unit of Measurement are used to sort Z-Wave entities.
Once the node definitions are downloaded in shbatm/pyisyox#8, update the Home Assistant sorting to take advantage of the information and dynamically sort the entities based on their capabilities.
