Disable Recipe Warning?

This message appears every time I join my Paper server even though I have already given myself all recipes using the suggested command. There should be an option to disable it or a suggestion for a Spigot plugin that can fix it. Preferably both. |

Even on vanilla servers like Realms servers, this message appears. I seconded that. |

Is there any way to permanently disable this message? It pops up every time I reload the server and they admins aren't adding support either.
