items missing when i look them up

idk if its rei but its the only mod left.wheni i tried to search for the titanium drill nothing came up bt the other drills where there,same with refined mithril and f7 armor sets,some enchantments and so on does anyone know if i can solve the issue?(i am on 1.21.5 , fabric if you need i can give my mods list)
