[FEATURE] Take into account run time in time limits rules and charts

Feature Description

I have multiple monitors, and I often have a YouTube video playing on another monitor, which in my opinion should count as time spent on that site, but the second my mouse isn't on the site anymore, it doesn't count it even though the video is playing and I'm watching it.

It would be nice to have an option to count the time of websites that are playing videos or audio in the background

Actually, reopening because I can't seem to find a way to set rules based on run time. Run time also doesn't show in the charts for some reason.

I barely ever have my mouse on the window that has the YouTube video, so if I set a 1 hour limit that would take probably 10 hours of watching videos to get triggered

As you can see I'm at almost 2 hours of run time, but the rule isn't triggered because it only looks at time I was focused on the site

hi, @ByJumperX4 , I know your wants.

however, tracking all of a website's runtime might not be accurate. I think tracking a website's visibility state is better than tracking its focus state for this situation. I will try to research how to listen for changes in visibility state, so this feature may take a long time to implement.

Hmm the thing is that visibility state might not be accurate either, I could just say research something and then abandon it on my second monitor, so that might count that I spent 5 hours being addicted to the wikipedia article on frogs when I was really just browsing other stuff on my main monitor

Nevermind pause tracking would obviously apply to that too

I noticed that the runtime is fairly accurate, or at least accurate enough for me by tweaking "Pause tracking if no activity detected"

@ByJumperX4 could you tell me which mode do u use on your monitors, expanded screen or duplicated screen? actually, I ve never thought of this = =. I literally want to make this extension fit into it.

p.s. I prefer to consider the time a website spends in the top window of any monitor as focus time rather than runtime, while "Pause tracking if no activity detected" still works on each focused tab. also I will add a new option to tracking multiple monitors.

@sheepzh I have 4 monitors as "expanded screens" on linux, one main one where I "do stuff", a vertical one with chat apps, one where I often have a video playing and one where I often look at documentation or research stuff.

I use a tiling window manager so I often have 2 or 3 browser windows on the main monitor (in different workspaces) as well, right now I have 5 browser windows open across 3 of my monitors.
