[BUG] `__TIMER_INJECTION_FLAG` link shows up in accessibility testing tools as an error

Bug Description

1. Analyze any website using WAVE.
2. An error shows up, complaining the __TIMER_INJECTION_FLAG link is not accessible.

Expected Behavior

The extensions uses a link tag instead of an a tag.
