The problem

I just installed and logged in through my github account, I can see my all the repositories listed of my own account, But the issue is I cant see the repositories assigned to me through the organization, In short I can't see or clone organization repositories.
Even tried through the URL but it asks PAT, So tried both classic token and normal fine grained token but didn't worked
Please check this issue and let me know

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Install GitHub Desktop: Install GitHub Desktop on Ubuntu 24.

Log In: Log in using your GitHub account credentials.

Attempt to Clone Repository:

Navigate to File > Clone Repository.

Under the "GitHub.com" tab, attempt to find repositories from your organization.

If you can't find them, try searching for a specific repository by name.

Attempt to clone a repository.

Authentication Prompt: If you attempt to clone a repository, GitHub Desktop may prompt you for a Personal Access Token (PAT).
