Hi! Good day, we would like to request permission to use and access your dataset for our research project? However, as we have tried accessing it, we can't seem to do so for we need to create an account which needs a Chinese number in making one. We wanted to know if there could be another way possible to have an access to it. Your response and assistance is highly anticipated and would be greatly appreciated in making our research possible.
