macos I keep running into the error unsupported cia with every cia file I try to decrypt

Also running to tools script keeps erroring out on grabbing the extra support files such as makerom on macOS. I had manually download those dependencies.

Make sure your game's files and dependencies are in the same folder as cia-unix

I was getting this on Linux. Turns out my seeddb.bin had a body of a 429: Too Many Requests error from github. Redownloaded seeddb and it is working.
