Describe the bug
WHen ncdowloader is activated, webdav is broken

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install nc downloader on nexctloud 31 with php 8.3
2. Go to Admin overview, see error saying that webdav is not working
3. Go to Logs
4. Full of "message": "Declaration of Psr\\Log\\AbstractLogger::emergency($message, array $context = []) must be compatible with Psr\\Log\\LoggerInterface::emergency(Stringable|string $message, array $context = []): void at /data/nextcloud/nextcloud/apps/ncdownloader/vendor/psr/log/Psr/Log/AbstractLogger.php#22"

Expected behavior
Installing NCDownloader does not break nextcloud installation
