It would be useful for recent searches to not only show the query that was used but also to which radio station(s) ended up being discovered by the user.

I think you are talking about I feel lucky search.
I can see the point. But it has a couple of problems.

1. I designed not to show duplicate of search terms. Otherwise your list will be filled up the same search terms.
2. This leads to not to show radio station name.
3. The footer navigation has menu items to save to list and favorite. So if you like it, you can save it there.
