Skaha → Canfar

Skaha has officially migrated to be supported by the Canadian Astronomy Data Centre: opencadc/canfar.

As part of this move:

The package has been renamed to canfar.
canfar v1.0 is slated for release in fall 2025.
Backward compatibility is preserved for the main API under,
- skaha.session is now available under canfar.sessions
