Composer-merge-plugin support

Hey!

Thanks for this awesome analyser, really helps in preventing bugs by dependencies

Quick question
I tried looking for composer, merge, plugin in the issues, but couldn't find any reference.
As of v12, the package https://github.com/nWidart/laravel-modules supports wikimedia/composer-merge-plugin, which ensures each module can have its own composer.json file. This dependency analyzer however starts to report a lot of incorrect dependencies once the dependencies are moved from the root composer.json to their respective module/composer.json.

Are there plans to support multiple composer.json files, or perhaps support a composer-merge-plugin?
