Once you spawn in as a phorids you isntantly start suffocating, not because of no tank (which doesn't spawn on you) but because of Broncho-something disease which causes you to physically not be able to breathe. This includes with a tank and actively on high pressure, like it asks. Ficrab said something about it might relating to the Asthma PR fucking with Phorids.
